Delivery is available throughout the UK & Ireland, Europe and further destinations worldwide with Parcelforce, Royal Mail First Class Recorded and Airmail.

UK Customers Please Note: We can not accept instructions to leave deliveries in porches, outbuildings etc. A signature is mandatory. Our deliveries are address to address, not person to person, delivery drivers will allow whoever answers the door to take receipt of the parcel. Please bear this in mind when you place an order, making sure you give us a secure delivery address (preferably a work address) where there will be someone to sign for it during working hours. If no one is available they will leave a card for you and you will have the option of requesting a different delivery day or to collect from your local post office.

International Customers please note that larger orders that go over 2kg may be subject to a surcharge, in such instances you will be emailed with the exact details before dispatch.

Dispatch Times


Orders received before 2pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched that day and orders received after 2pm and on weekends will ship the next working day, except on Bank and Local Holidays.

For UK Mainland orders you have the choice of Standard Delivery with 1st Class Recorded - delivery within 1-2 days, or Next Working Day delivery with Parcelforce 24.

Delivery time to UK Islands and Northern Ireland via First Class Recorded is aimed at 1-2 days but is not guaranteed and may take longer for more remote destinations.

Delivery for International orders to destinations with in Europe should take approximately 3 working days from dispatch but can take substantially longer depending on delivery destination.
Delivery for International orders to destinations outside Europe should take approximately 5 working days from dispatch but can take substantially longer depending on delivery destination.
Please note all international orders are not considered lost until 25 working days have elapsed from the date of dispatch. Only then a replacement or refund can be issued.

Exchange and Returns Procedure


If you are not completely satisfied with any of your purchases from First XV, you may return them to us within 28 days of receipt for either refund or exchange. All items must be returned as sold, in resaleable condition, unworn, in original packaging with all swing tickets attached. If a returned item fails to meet one of these requirements, First XV may not accept the return.
For increased security we recommend using a recorded delivery service when returning your parcel. We are unable to reimburse the return postage charge.
There will be an additional postage charge to resend exchanged items. The amount charged will be the same postal rate as your original order. This charge will be automatically debited from online customers, manual telephone orders will be contacted directly.

Faulty Goods Returns Procedure


At First XV we believe we only work with the best rugby brands and products. However, if you do believe you have encountered a faulty product, please return it to us for inspection at First XV Returns Department, 6-8 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, UK, EH12 5JZ. For increased security we recommend using a recorded delivery service when returning your parcel. Items can only be considered that are clean, dry and free from dirt.
