The closed cell foam used throughout is chemically cross-linked and impact-absorbing, ultralight and flexible while protecting the major head impact zones. Unlike cheaper alternatives that use filler-laden foam, Body Armour's padding maintains a closely standardised density - so the protection you get on day one is the same protection you get two seasons later.

The aero-matrix design keeps air moving through the headguard to prevent overheating, while moisture-wicking nylon and polyester fabrics pull sweat away from the head. Stretch lacing throughout gives a personalised, secure fit that stays put through contact.
