Most dermal pads were designed for wound care, not contact sport. They do the job at low intensity, but repeated hard impacts are a different story.

These are built differently. Powered by D3O Aero Solid technology, the pad stays soft and flexible during normal movement, then stiffens on impact to disperse force. In independent testing it absorbed 31% more peak impact force than standard silicon and gel pads, and held up through impacts that standard pads couldn't even be tested beyond.

Place it directly on the skin over the area you want to protect, secure with fixation tape as normal, and it stays flat for the full session. No adhesive, no bunching, no shifting.
