At 9am on Monday 17th April 2017, Canterbury unveiled the 2017 British and Irish Lions Elite Rugby Jersey. This shirt will be worn by the players when the Lions head to New Zealand in June and July to play 10 games, including 3 Test matches against the All Blacks.

This Test shirt is different to the Match Day Pro Replica shirt in a number of ways; elastane provides the stretch to allow the jersey to be worn skin tight, whilst a heraldic lion to the sleeve is only visible when wet, meaning a player has to be giving his all for that legendary crest to show.

A dropped back hem, wax stamp authenticator, and NZ 2017 embroidery finish off the match shirt.

Each Lions test shirt comes in sealed packaging, adding to "The Untouchable Jersey" branding.

Warren Gatland announces his Lions squad on Wednesday 19th April 2017, but you can get your hands on the 2017 British and Irish Lions Elite Test Jersey online at rugbystuff.com and instore at First XV now!
