Free Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with any of your purchases from rugbystuff.com, you may return them to us within 28 days for a refund.

To return an order to us, please create a FREE return label here that will allow you to ship the order back to us free of charge.

Returns from outside of the UK can be sent to: Rugbystuff.com Returns, 6-8 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, UK, EH12 5JZ.

If you wish to do an exchange, we can only do these in our Edinburgh store. All other orders must be sent back for a refund. Please place a new order for any new item(s) you require. 

All items must be returned as sold, in a resaleable condition, unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached. If a returned item fails to meet one of these requirements, rugbystuff.com may not accept the return

We are unable to accept returns on underwear or personalised items, except in the case of manufacturing defects. Items can only be considered that are clean, dry, and free from dirt.
