Spend extra time on these basics during training or even get down to practice 30 mins early and make honing your positional skills a high-priority.  

If you are hooker, practice your throw, if you are a line jumper, practice your footwork and scrum-halves, nail that pass from the deck. And those out-field players on the wing and fullback better get the catch receipt perfected!
