About Edinburgh Rugby
Edinburgh are one of the two professional rugby union sides from Scotland. The team plays in the United Rugby Championship and in the European Professional Club Rugby tournaments. The team are currently coached by former Scotland and Edinburgh scrum-half Mike Blair, who took over from Richard Cockerill in the summer of 2021.
In summer 2018, the club underwent a rebrand, with the official club colours changing from black and red to navy blue and lava orange, inspired by the original colours of the Edinburgh side. There was also a new badge, refreshed and simpler.
The European competitions have been tough for Edinburgh, the side involved in both the Champions Cup and Challenge Cup in recent years. Their best result was reaching the Challenge Cup final in 2015, but Gloucester pipped them to the trophy.
Since 2010, Macron have been the official kit suppliers to Edinburgh Rugby, and Rugbystuff.com stock a comprehensive range of rugby gear for the men from the Scottish capital, from replica and playing shirts to tees, hoodies and other training wear.
