Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day, 7 days a week — including weekends. We dispatch with DPD 7 days a week and Royal Mail & our international couriers Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3pm go out the following day. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Standard UK delivery is £4.99, or free on orders over £100. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Full details are on our Delivery & Returns page.

Yes. We ship worldwide. International orders are fulfilled on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis — meaning all import duties and taxes are included at checkout, so there are no surprise charges when your order arrives. Yes. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can keep an eye on progress on our tracking page.

We accept returns within 28 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. All international returns from countries outside of the UK are at the buyer's expense. To start a return, head to our Easy Returns portal.

At checkout, you can add free returns cover for £1.99. If you unlock this at checkout, returns and exchanges are fully covered. All returns are processed via our Easy Returns portal.

Yes. Any order placed from 1st November onwards can be returned up to 31st January, giving plenty of time to return or exchange Christmas gifts. The same conditions apply — items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

All returns are handled through our Easy Returns portal. You'll need your six digit order number and the email address or postcode used when placing the order. The portal will guide you through the rest.

Where a size guide is available, you'll find it in the product images on the product page — look for it in the final image in the gallery. Sizing can vary between brands and product types, so we always recommend checking the guide for the specific item you're ordering. If you're unsure, get in touch and we'll help you find the right fit.

It depends on the product. For performance fit items like baselayers and headguards, sizing down generally gives a better result. For casual and replica shirts, sizing up is usually more comfortable. If you're in doubt, drop us a message at info@rugbystuff.com or call us — we know the ranges well and can point you in the right direction.

We're relocating to Loanhead on 25th June 2026. Online orders will not be processed on this day and will resume on the 26th June.
