About the Stormers

The DHL Stormers - named for their title sponsor DHL - are based in Cape Town and play their home matches at DHL Newlands. They were one of four South African franchises to join the United Rugby Championship when it expanded in 2021, and made an immediate impact - winning the URC title in 2022 in their debut season in the competition, defeating the Bulls in the final.
