Rugby boots built with forwards in mind. The Canterbury Stampede Groundbreak Elite SG was developed with player input and engineered for power players who need maximum stability, traction, and energy transfer - props, hookers, and second rows in particular.

The two-part PEBAX outsole is made from 92% bio-based materials and houses a Powered Flight beam that stiffens the platform underfoot, translating drive into forward momentum rather than losing it through the sole. Eight 18mm studs provide the grip you need on soft ground.

The Winged Stretch Net tongue wraps the foot securely without restricting movement, while the moulded heel and wide toe box give a reliable fit across different foot shapes. An embroidered suspension cable design locks the heel in place, and a moulded Ortholite footbed with 1mm heel pod keeps things comfortable from kick-off to final whistle.

These rugby boots are backed by Canterbury's one-year guarantee. Simply register your new boots at canterbury.com within 30 days of purchase. Once registered, your boots will be covered for 12 months against general wear & tear, faults or unexpected breakages that occur during normal wear, play, or use.
